The selection of the material of the industrial is very important. The correct selection can make the valve work for a long period of time without failure. The valve is generally divided into valve body, valve cover and valve flap according to the structure.


Gray cast iron Gray cast iron is suitable for medium, such as water, steam, air, gas and oil, with a nominal pressure of PN1.0MPa and a temperature of -10 to 200.


Malleable cast iron Suitable for water, steam, air and oil media with a nominal pressure of PN2.5MPa and a temperature of -30~300.


Ductile iron is suitable for PN4.0MPa, temperature -30 ~ 350; water, steam, air and oil and other media.


Acid-resistant high-silica ductile iron Suitable for corrosive media with a nominal pressure of PN0.25MPa and a temperature below 120.


Carbon steel is suitable for medium pressure PN32.0MPa, temperature -30 ~ 425; water, steam, air, hydrogen, ammonia, nitrogen and petroleum products.


Copper alloy Suitable for PN2.5MPa water, seawater, oxygen, air, oil and other media.


High temperature copper Suitable for steam and petroleum products with a nominal pressure of PN17.0MPA and a temperature of 570.


Low temperature steel is suitable for medium pressure PN6.4Mpa, temperature -196 ethylene, propylene, liquid natural gas, liquid nitrogen and other media.


Stainless acid-resistant steel Suitable for medium pressure PN6.4Mpa, temperature 200 nitric acid, acetic acid and other media.
